I placed an order, how can I download my patterns ?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with the links of the patterns to download (make sure you check your spam box). If you created an account, your links will be available in the “Download” section. The files are also displayed on the webpage right after the order was validated, both on mobile and desktop device.
Seems like I can't login on my account, what should I do ?
If you forgot your password, clic on the reset link to generate a new password. If the rest doesn’t work, please send us an email at mycouturier.contact@gmail.com
How to pick my MyCouturier size ?
To sew your garment, you will need to measure your chest, waist and hips circomference and report them on the size charts (available here: Size Charts) to choose which size will suit you the best. MyCouturier sizes may not correspond exactly to store sizes or other pattern brands.
Are seam allowances included in the pattern pieces ?
Yes, they are ! The hem and seam allowances are included in the pattern pieces, they will be detailed more precisely in the step-by-step tutorials in each pattern booklet.
I run sewing workshops/classes and would like to use a MyCouturier pattern, is this allowed?
If you would like to use a MyCouturier pattern during a sewing workshop or class, this is entirely possible, and we would be glad to serve you ! The condition for using our patterns is that each participating seamstress uses her own copy of the pattern. For example, with 10 participants using one of our patterns, you will need to purchase 10 copies of this pattern.
